Cooking directions.

Stovetop:

  • Turn gas to medium high heat.

  • Pour water (aprox.2 cups) into a medium to large skillet or pan.

  • Poke 2-3 small holes into each sausage

  • (This is done to let some air out of the casing so as to not create too much pressure when cooking).

  • Cook on medium high heat, turning the sausages every few minutes.

  • Keep adding water as needed as it cooks off until sausage is cooked on the inside. (Approx. 8 mins.)

  • Once sausage is fully cooked inside to an internal temperature of at least 165°F.

  • Grill the outside of the sausage without using water in a pan (drain any leftover water) until the casing is crisp and golden brown.

  • Remove sausages and serve as desired.

 

Oven:

  • Turn oven on and preheat to 350°F.

  • Place about 1cup water in a baking dish or pan

  • Poke a few small holes around the sausages

  • Place links in baking dish or pan

  • Place baking dish or pan in center of oven and cook for about 25 minutes. Check links and turn them occasionally during cooking process.

BBQ/Outdoor grill:

  • Poke 2-3 holes in sausages to remove air.

  • Place links on indirect heat.

  • Cook slowly, turning every 3 minutes until fully cooked to an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
